Event Lobby
Each SAVii™Desk session has an event page or Event Lobby. All attendees arrive here before joining the session. Here they are notified if the event has started yet and can text chat with other participants and the host.

Text Chat
In every event lobby meeting is a text chat tool that is specific to that event and its participants. This is ideal for participants to chat prior to the event starting and for posting pre-event messages for the audience.

Archive Auto-Editing
SAVii™Desk’s archiving tool has built-in intelligence that recognizes when an event is idle and will omit these portions from the archive. This provides a more effective and professional presentation appearance.

Instant Archive Previewing
The second a session has ended the archive is available for instant replay. The archive is completely edited and appears exactly how the session occurred.

Archived Event Publishing
If the meeting host wishes to share the archived event with others, they can automatically publish it to the web where it can be viewed on demand by anyone given access. For security purposes the host can password protect the file. Once an archive is published the host can send an automated invite to anyone they wish. The invite is emailed and contains a link that when clicked instantly plays the archive.

Detailed Online Meeting Report Tool
saviidesk.com provides the account administrator the ability to view an up to the minute report of SAVii™Desk usage. They can view it by month and receive details like, number of events, audience size, time used and amount of data sent. Every report can be outputted into PDF format with the click of a button. This allows for effective filing and distribution of reports.

Online Account Management Tool
Every user of SAVii™Desk has the ability to edit their account information online, dependant on their level of administrative access.

User List Monitor
All participants are presented a list of everyone who is participating in the SAVii™Desk event. This list displays the users name or email address and also shows their Voice Activity Indicator.

Audience Voice Management
To always make sure the presenter has control over the SAVii™Desk session, the host can control the microphones of all audience members. They can be turned on and off by the host with a simple click.

Voice Activity Indicator
Displayed beside each participant on the User List Monitor is a indicator that shows who is speaking. This is helpful on larger calls when the host and audience may not know everyone in the session.
